anna | class of 2013

I had the great privilege of connecting with Anna and her mom while they were visiting friends in the Vail Valley over a long weekend from Steamboat Springs (huge thanks to Kelly Lemon for sending them my way!).  I was happy, too, when they agreed to meet me for her senior shoot in Eagle, the town we live in.  There really is a nice range of locations in a relatively small area, so we started near downtown and headed out to Sylvan Lake State Park to be sure to get some of the gorgeous aspen color!  Anna is a go-getter and world-traveler, and it was fascinating to hear about her plans to study fashion and business...Gorgeous, Anna!I just loved the light that we got to end with.  I think it was perfectly diffused by the light smoke we had from out-of-state wildfires at the time...  (And, no, I'm not advocating starting a forest fire before your session!)Best wishes for next year, Anna!
