In March 2012, Casey and I plunged into the world of dog-ownership with the adoption of Copper through the Colorado/Wyoming Vizsla Rescue Group.  Yes, Copper.  Copper Cooper.  We decided it would be mildly amusing to keep his name, and so it stands.  And it's really taken me four months to post about him, but as today is his first birthday, I thought it would be a good time to get him published!  We haven't had an official shoot (and with his high-energy puppiness, it's hard to tell when that will be possible!), but here are a handful of photos we've accumulated since March:These next few are from the day we got him in March...He's a hiker for sure.  This is from a recent hike at Shrine Pass:Though we've had the few expected clothing/electronics casualties around the house, he's really been great so far.  Happy birthday, Copper!
