Emily & Daniel | Vail Village Engagement Photography

Though they grew up within minutes of each other, Emily and Daniel hadn't crossed paths.  They both chose CU Boulder for college, and it was there that Emily took notice of Daniel on campus.  And they even had some mutual friends.  Emily initiated a Facebook friendship which turned into messaging, the beginning of a relationship, their move to New Orleans for a new job and grad school, a trip to Europe and now to counting down the days to their August wedding!On a chilly but perfectly sunny day at the start of 2015, Emily and Daniel meandered through the Vail Village with me being their adorable selves and such good sports with the cold.  Fortunately there are plenty of warm up spots in the village!  I love that we were able to do a winter engagement shoot, which will pair beautifully with their summer Vail mountain wedding.
