I'm so happy to finally be sharing this dream wedding in Tahoe City, CA.  I've been keeping the blog post under wraps in anticipation of its debut on the Blueberry Weddings blog!  It's an exciting first for me to be published on a wedding blog, and I can't think of a wedding more deserving.  Jill is easily one of the most creative minds I know, and I am delighted that she found Preston who is also quite creative in such complimentary ways.  Their wedding was a perfect blend of their talents and personalities including songs written by Preston, a handmade broach bouquet, origami programs and periodic element table names.  What's perhaps even more noteworthy is that they chose to incorporate the creative talents of those close to them, which tied the day together in such an intimate, celebratory way.  I'll link to all the aforementioned awesomeness at the end of this post.And for a day so rich with artistic detail, I was so, so grateful to have the creative eye of Jessica Noelle along for the weekend.  Since this post is enormous, I'll note her shots with a cute little pine tree in the corner.Jill asked the important women throughout her life to send her a broach for her bouquet...An invitation and program - folded into a sailboat!  Concept and design by Jill's sister, Megan:Beautiful, Jill.  Absolutely beautiful.Brian was commissioned to do a number of paintings for Jill and Preston to commemorate the major events in their relationship.  They added the watercolor to one during their ceremony to represent their union, and Brian was hard at work during the day creating this rendition of the wedding day...Preston's brothers learned guitar (one on the iPad!) and wrote a song as their toast.And it doesn't end with photos.  Sarah Gerber, videographer extraordinaire, created this beautiful remembrance of the day.http://vimeo.com/27615546&w=920AND, Jill's siblings, Eric and Megan, teamed up for this iPhone timelapse of the day - love it:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7Dmwr_k1sA&feature=player_embeddedJill and Preston, thank you, thank you, thank you for allowing me to be a part of such an important and magnificent day!
