After a few days of come-and-go clouds and rain, we welcomed the glorious evening sun with open arms for Layne and Alex's engagement session.  Layne has incredible vision, and I loved what she planned for the shoot, incorporating a quilt made by her grandmother, a poem written by Alex and some personalized locations.  We started our session in his brother's gorgeous backyard, continued on to East High where they met and began dating, and ended with Swanson Park and Pawnee Prairie.  That's right, they're high school sweethearts, which is perfectly sweet to me.  Layne and Alex, I can't wait for your wedding!Layne, you're gorgeous!
