suzanne & evan | edwards, co wedding
The atypical but gorgeous late-summer weather gave way to the most serene, glorious snow day for Suzanne and Evan's mid-November wedding. Brilliantly in the ceremony, Pastor Tommy likened it to the fresh, new beginning their relationship would set out on that day...Yeah, girls! You see the snow. Are these girls not the best sports, ever?! They must love Suzanne because they tolerated the cold for some beautiful photos! Believe it or not, Suzanne marched through the snow in her flip flops to get to the lift for this shot. Suzanne and Evan are so outdoorsy, and being on-mountain plays a big part in their lives...The Arrowhead Alpine Club was gracious enough to give us a little reprieve from the cold...Rather than doing a first look, Suzanne and Evan opted to meet up without seeing each other to exchange letters and have a chance to be together before the ceremony began... Hey, perfectly falling snow...Suzanne, my goodness - beautiful! The snow started to pick up as we ventured on to the reception at 4 Eagle Ranch in Wolcott where Suzanne and Evan have worked... The cake made by his mom and her mom's infamous chocolate chip cookies... Thank you both for your commitment to good photos and for braving the cold to get them! Congratulations!
