The JCP experience
I love collaborating with my couples and incorporating their ideas. I want to photograph images that will have value to you. As discussed in these pages, I like to meet a few times so we can get to know each other, which helps me capture the essence of your relationship and all the nuances unique to you two on your wedding day. The lines of communication are always open, and my aim is to create images that you’ll treasure in the years ahead.
The photographer
With 11 years of experience photographing more than 170 weddings, I approach a wedding day with my documentary eye for the people, the moments and the details. I’m happy to have my base in Denver where I am readily available to photograph your wedding whether it’s at a chic new venue in RiNo, a chateau in the mountains, a rustic ranch in the foothills or in your backyard; and my suitcase is always at the ready if you’re planning your wedding in another state or country. I always arrive with excitement for the day and a smile on my face!

*Full-story coverage means that my ultimate goal is to tell the story of your wedding day. For this reason, I do not set time limits. Rather, we work together from your timeline to decide how much photographic coverage is appropriate for your day.
For all weddings, a signed contract and non-refundable $1000 date retainer are required to hold the date.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
You may have noticed that engagement sessions are only $100 when added on to your wedding package. That’s right! I am such an advocate for having engagement photos taken by your wedding photographer that I wanted to make it a no-brainer. Engagement photos are a fantastic way to work with and get to know your photographer before the big day. It’s also a good way to practice being in front of the camera, to get to know your photographer’s working style AND to get some amazing photos just being you and being in love.
ALBUMS
An album is the perfect heirloom piece to tell the story of your day in a simplified, concise way; and it’s a more tangible and prettier way to show off your wedding day than swiping through hundreds of digital images. I’ve chosen to partner with RedTree Albums for their commitment to quality. The albums are leather-bound (with vegan options available) with thick pages printed on archival photo paper. It’s the ultimate showpiece of all the work and vision you put into your wedding day! I work with couples as they select images for their albums and then create a custom design to perfectly showcase the day. Parents also love albums, and I have options for engagement albums as well.

Aside from liking the images and style, the best way to know if you’re choosing the right photographer is to meet up and make sure your personalities are a good match.
